Content

The company Ink completed personnel management system implementation the "BOSS-personnel officer" in IT structure of the Kiev plant of sparkling wines begun in 2009 and performed its start in a promekspluatation.

Project Tasks

After change of the owner of the enterprise, along with upgrade and increase of production capacity there was a question of streamlining of a number of business processes.

One of priority tasks put forward complex automation of a personnel management process where entered:

  • implementation of the electronic staff list with a planning feature;
  • automation of time keeping;
  • conducting personnel document flow;
  • formation of personnel orders on personnel, statistic reports, any codes and selections on the saved-up data;
  • implementation of a possibility of conducting price-work brigade development in real time;
  • implementation of transfers of employees not since the beginning of month;
  • formation of a reserve of holidays.

Within the project, the company Ink began the implementing solution "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" in the middle of April, 2009. The project covered all main business processes of personnel records and payroll.

Results of Implementation

Works on setup of a system and test operation were executed till October, 2009.

Considering need of closing of a financial period, the management of KZShV "Capital" made the decision on transition to commercial operation of a system since January 1, 2010, as was implemented.

The project in KZShV "Capital", specialists Ink implemented:

  • automation of maintaining the staff list, planning of the staff list for specific date, maintaining versions of staff lists;
  • conducting personnel document flow without any limit, formation of personnel orders at any moment on the basis of once in-fed information;
  • input of the sheet of working time directly in a system;
  • input of price-work development per every day;
  • formation of a reserve of holidays;
  • allocation of costs on the salary according to cost items, accounts and other analytical indicators.

"Today the modern automated control system for personnel allows us to conduct uniform base of information on personnel and to have on hand a set of analytical tools for the analysis of accumulated information about employees and planning of the staff list. System implementation "BOSS-personnel officer" caused positive changes in a personnel management system of KZShV "Capital" in general", Elena Ilchenko, the head of HR department of KZShV "Capital" noted.
