The telecom operator Dalsvyaz implements the system of activation of services

The companies "Dalsvyaz" and "Jet Infosystems" completed the joint project of system implementation of activation and providing services (SAOS) in Primorsk branch telecom operator.

Solution

A system automates business processing of requests for the additional services arriving from subscribers of provider. Earlier such transactions as registration of a card of the client, connection, shutdown, freezing of the account, were executed by means of the software, partially performed manually. Use of SAOS allowed to automate work of operators, to reduce time of response to requests of users and, as a result, to unload the personnel servicing the provided services.

According to the results of the held competition the solution based on the industrial Kabira Provision and Service Activation (KPSA) platform developed by Jet Infosystems company was selected. The solution fully corresponds to functional tasks and is optimal at cost, noted in Jet Infosystems.

Execution

During the project specialists of Jet Infosystems company registered and implemented logic of processes so that all business systems of Dalsvyaz jointly could function. Having taken the industrial Kabira Provision and Service Activation (KPSA) platform as a basis, specialists of integrator designed and implemented the "turnkey" system capable to work with the request of the client from the moment of its registration to the end result — the executed operation on service.

Equipment

As hardware base for work of SAOS the computer system of a failsafe configuration on the Sun servers of Oracle company is designed and implemented. Thus, SAOS represents the frictionless solution which is organically integrated into a multivendor IT landscape of the customer.
