On April 19, 2019 the GMCS company announced start in Kamchatksenergo of several digital services for consumers at once – a personal account and the chat-bot. The services are deployed based on Platform of Vereks.
It is possible to transfer indications of metering devices in a personal account, to download the copy of the receipt, to subscribe on obtaining the payment document by e-mail, to look at the history of payments. In a personal account of the receipt are available already next day after the made calculation – the subscriber sees the payment document how it will get to it to a mailbox.
Using the chat-bot working based on one of popular applications processes of support and informing consumers are partially robotic. Availability of the chat-bot 24 hours a day improves quality of customer service and also serves as prevention of emergence of receivables.
The implemented customer services, are intended to simplify communications and to make service processes simpler and convenient. Cooperation of GMCS with Kamchatksenergo began in 2011 with the project on creation of a billing system which supports a full stroke of conducting settlings with consumers, contractual accounting and target work on decrease in receivables.
When developing a personal account and the chat-bot special attention was paid to security of personal data of the client. In addition to robotic services and billing, based on Platform of Vereks we proposes to the energy companies solutions for calculation of balances and decrease in losses, mobile applications, an industry business intelligence and also solutions using Data Mining.
