Automation of accounting in Kanbaykal Rezorsez Ink. Company based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
Kanbaykal Rezorsez Ink is the largest oil and gas extraction company which is engaged in geological studying of a subsoil, search and oil and gas production, complex exploitation of oil and gas fields. The Russian branch of the company located to Nefteyugansk is included into the Tyumen Association of Oil and gas service companies and is one of leaders of oil production in Nefteyugansk.
Earlier at the enterprise the information system which not fully satisfied to requirements of the enterprise regarding cost accounting and conducting production accounting was used. The software product which would allow to automate accounting, tax, operational, personnel records and payroll calculation was required, and at the same time would provide high-quality conducting production accounting according to specifics of the enterprise.
For creation of such end-to-end system of automation the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of production companies of the oil and gas extraction industry became the partner in implementation.
During the project user training was provided, installation and setup of a system is made. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting
- Tax accounting
- Payroll calculation
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Order management of buyers
- Order management in production
- Purchase management
- Production management
- Products cost accounting
- Sales management
A system allowed to solve the global problems facing the enterprise namely - to automate blocks of accounting and production. The company could calculate almost independently in the first month cost value, see "gaps" in the activity and make specific management decisions. Further cooperation in maintenance of a system is planned.

- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Individual training at office of the customer
