On November 28, 2013 the MAYKOR company announced signing of the contract on service maintenance with the international retail network of KARI.
Project Tasks
Service partnership began with KARI in March, 2013 when MAYKOR won the tender for maintenance of 219 Russian shops of network. Today MAYKOR provides complex service of 403 shops of footwear and accessories of KARI in Russia.
The range of services includes repair and maintenance of IT infrastructure of shops (the computer, television and acoustic equipment, video surveillance systems, etc.), commissioning of the new equipment, providing with component parts and supplies, service and registration of the cash registers.
"The mission of our company – to offer a wide range of our buyers qualitative fashionable footwear and accessories at the affordable prices. Wait for us in many cities, write letters, leave messages in official groups of the company on social networks with a request to open shop in their city. Today in Russia more than 400 KARI shops function. We are going to open new shops in the cities where wait for us, and also in those cities where we already have shops to be closer to the buyers. Considering wide geography of location of our shops, cooperation with MAYKOR in Russia is for us optimal in terms of cost efficiency. We are interested in the reliable service partner locating necessary resources and competences for the operational solution of all questions connected with maintenance of the equipment of shops. Cooperation with MAYKOR allows us to receive by means of the uniform agreement complex services in all regions of presence of network that significantly reduces the cost of service support with the required service level and simplifies process of commissioning of new shops", - Vener Safin, the director of information technology of KARI noted.

Continuation of the project
On December 9, 2015 the MAYKOR company announced development of the total package procurement contract on IT support for the international retail network of the KARI footwear.
For December 9, 2015 648 shops of a brand work in the country. For IT support of opening of new outlets and maintenance of IT infrastructure the KARI network uses outsourcing.
MAYKOR renders technical support services of shops of network in Russia according to the maximum program. As a part of a packet of services:
- commissioning and support of all hardware and software system of shopping facilities,
- the automated jobs,
- network equipment,
- video surveillance systems,
- television and speaker systems,
- providing necessary stock of supplies, ZIP and substitution fund.
Services are provided on the uniform agreement with uniform requirements of observance of SLA for all Russia.
Vanner Safin, the director of information technology of retail chain stores of KARI, noted:
- We signed the contract for the centralized outsourcing of technical support of IT infrastructure with MAYKOR in 2013. This model allows us to scale service depending on business needs and to support high rates of development without increase in non-core load of internal personnel. In two years we were convinced of cost efficiency of such approach and we continue to cooperate with MAYKOR company.
