The first BIT completed the project on creation of a management system for finance in Kaspiygazstroy

April 28, 2015. The company announced the First BIT project completion on creation of a management system for finance in Kaspiygazstroy company. Implementation of instruments of budgeting and control of expenditure of means based on the software solution BIT .FINANS. The prof. was provided by effective management of all projects of the company and helped to reduce cash gaps.

The management of the enterprise had an opportunity to receive operational and relevant information on organization activity with a necessary share of detailing (including on construction objects and the centers of the financial responsibility) for acceptance of timely management decisions.

Use of a management system for finance helped to solve also a problem of the organization of reliable control of the course of projects in the conditions of active expansion of the sphere of business of the company, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

According to Evgeny Modenov, the head of project division of office "Aeroport" of The First BIT company (Moscow), "creation of a financial accounting system was conducted from scratch and took in total 4 months. During the project work of six divisions of the customer - administration, financial management, accounting, technological, estimate and contractual and department of logistics was automated. Our recommendations formed the basis of the developed financial structure of the company, forms of budgets and an order of their approval, turnover items and analytical cuts. In an information system of Kaspiygazstroy collecting of all necessary data was adjusted and the possibility of the plan-fact analysis of cash flow, automatic formation of the payment schedule, registers and payment schedules with the subsequent creation and approval of requests for expenditure is implemented. All this positively affected efficiency of financial accounting and transparency of processes in the company".
