KazMunaiGas is processing and marketing (SAP ERP)

For financial and accounting and also resource management at us a system is used for a long time SAP ERP. Besides, will unroll constructed on DBMS Oracle Territorial Databank (TD) in which all information on poskvazhinny production, idle times of wells and the reasons which caused them, geological and technical and organizational and technical actions is consolidated. A part of data comes to TBD directly from the equipment of wells, and the others (for example, about the performed inspections or repairs) are entered manually from primary documents. Prospecting divisions use specialized software for the solution of the tasks, such as hydrodynamic modeling of layers. For calculation of efficiency of each well and separate accounting of assets the solution is used SAS, and called me ERP system and TBD are for it data sources. Speaking about separate accounting of assets, means first of all wells though the specified methodology is applied also to all other assets of the enterprise.

As the general contractor in this project the representative office of SAS in the CIS countries acted, the Kazakhstan company ERP Service was engaged in completion of the SAP ERP system, the TBD additional tuning was performed by KazInfoSystems. The Kazakhstan company ISTP (development of model) and the Russian firm 'Irbicon' (design of a subsystem of the reporting) participated in deployment of solutions of SAS. From each of these companies for participation in the project five-six specialists were delegated. In KazMunaiGas Exploration Production the working group including heads and the staff of structural divisions also with a total number of five-six people acted.
