Aytiproyekt implemented RFID in process of certification of Kazan Federal University

On May 15, 2018 it became known that the ITProject company implemented RFID technology in process control of certification in the Kazan Federal University (KFU).

The project of a control and management system for certification was performed within restoration and reconstruction of an educational and laboratory complex of Institute of fundamental medicine and biology (IFMIB) of KFU.

RFID technology role in this project – tracking of movement of the certified medical specialists during examination and initialization of the systems of video control. Certified receives the appraisal sheet and comes with it into the premises in which he should pass examination in this or that discipline. As soon as the tag of the appraisal sheet is read out by the RFID readers set in an office, information on certified is transferred to the dispatching center and automatically the system of video control and a video of process of accomplishment of certification work joins. A RFID system is integrated with the web portal of the University. In the course of passing an examination the video of actions certified is conducted and indications of devices, information is analyzed by the system of video analytics.

Information on certification of each medical specialist is tied to his identifier in the database and can be received on demand by the authorized person for check. Thus, the control and management system for process of certification allows to avoid falsifications and jugglings of results.

It was necessary to provide exact reading in the conditions of small close premises with glass partitions and installed in them by the metal equipment and devices. Within the project, specialists of Aytiproyekt company performed delivery and installation of equipment. For marking of appraisal sheets tags of Smartrac Frog 3d are used. Coding happens to the help of the desktop RFID reader Nordic ID Sampoo. In premises the stationary RFID readers Impinj with MTA antennas are installed.
