The exhibition center "Kazan Expo" automates processes with Directum RX

2020: DirectumRX implementation

The multifunction exhibition center "Kazan Expo" transfers processes of office-work to a digital form. In the DirectumRX system work with organizational and administrative documentation, agreements, memos and instructions will be organized. On February 27, 2020 the Directum company reported about it.

Before "Kazan Expo" there was a paramount task – to automate the key directions of document flow, including processes of office-work, contract and project activities.

When choosing a system the leaders of the exhibition center paid attention to a possibility of adaptation and development of the solution. Directum RX completely conformed to these requirements. The MiTek company, the general partner of Directum, became the chief contractor on the project.

The implementation project of Directum RX covers several directions:

• Incoming documents: registration of the arriving letters, consideration by heads, pronouncement of resolutions and issue of instructions with the subsequent control of execution.
• Outgoing letters: preparation of documents on the basis of templates, approval, signing by the electronic signature, registration, sending to partners.
• Organizational and administrative documentation: creation of orders and orders, sending for acquaintance to all employees in electronic form, work with memos.
• Agreements: creation, approval, signing, registration and sending to partners, control of return of documents and formation of electronic archive.
• Meetings: preparation of the agenda of a meeting, execution of the protocol in electronic form, fast issue of instructions on the made decisions and control of their execution.
• Projects: planning of stages and initiation of works, interaction of a project team and organization of archive of project documents.

Implementation of Directum RX promotes acceleration of document flow of the exhibition center, fast approval, long-term and complete storage of electronic documents with a guarantee of confidentiality of information. In plans "Kazan the Expo" – to create a common information space which will increase efficiency and will create conditions for improvement of all workflows.
