Kazan Helicopter Plant (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

Kazan Helicopter Plant passed to a new accounting system on the platform of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". The implementation project was performed by Intelkom company, the press service of integrator in the corporate blog reported on October 11, 2012.

Preproject

Automation of accounting of engineering enterprise was based on ERP- to a system Galaktika LTD, however there were objective restrictions in its development. For some accounting tasks, such as preparation of balance, separate specialized programs were used. Besides, on a response of the customer, receiving and the analysis of operational managerial data were at a loss, considerable time was required on formation of the regulated and other reporting.

For the unified solving of tasks in the field of management and accounting the multifunction information system was required for the enterprise. The management selected software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as it allows to keep accounting and managerial account of the enterprise in uniform base. In addition, there is a system scaling option without decrease in level of high-speed performance at simultaneous connection of a great number of users.

Solution

Within the project on the basis of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" accounting, contract management, by settlement, planning of shipments and receipts of products and materials is automated. Online integration with a PDM system is implemented, the control system of approval and execution of payments is created. Difficult processes of accounting of production orders regarding control of stock/shop balance and regulations of material issue in production are automated, the scheme of accounting of MPZ according to requirements imposed on the Russian Defense Ministry is implemented.

Result

According to the results of the project automation system performance considerably increased. So, if on formation of a row before reports, for example TZR, needed several hours, then minutes (besides that in "1C:Enterprise 8" about 500 users at the same time work, and the reference book of the nomenclature of MTs contains more than 180 thousand positions) are for this purpose necessary now, specialists of integrator noted.

"We already had experience of operational implementation on KAMAZ — the head of project office "Intelkom" Evgeny Nikitin reported. — But even in comparison with it the project at Kazan Helicopter Plant is expedited record-breaking: in a month after start it was succeeded to refuse the specialized program for delivery of balance. In 5 months the key project task — transfer of accounting of the enterprise to the new automation system was solved".

Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

1. The automation system of tax accounting of JSC Kazan Helicopter Plant conforming to requirements of Account policy for the purposes of taxation for 2014 is brought into commercial operation 2. Maintenance:

• Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
• Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
• The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
• Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
• Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of an informatsionnoybaza, creation of archive copies is made

Description

• Project No. 1 As soon as possible (5 months) the key project task is solved: transfer of accounting of the enterprise to the new automation system.

Project Results:

• The labor input decreased and the efficiency of formation of management and accounting records increased (for some reports - from several hours to units of minutes).
• The reliability improved and the transparency of credentials increased, control at all stages of data view became simpler.

• The implementation team from the contractor of the project included more than 30 certified specialists, full administrative support from the Customer was given, the important role in achievement of a project success was played by Management of IT of the enterprise.

• Are implemented and put into commercial operation of a subsystem:

Accounting; cash management; customer relationship management (CRM); Vendor relationship management, order management in production; purchase management, inventory management, production management, purchase planning. In a system about 500 users at the same time work.

• Project No. 2 the following results Are achieved:

Economic: 1. Cost accounting accuracy due to use of a method of linear equations is increased 2. Costs of working time of accountants are minimized Organizational: 3. Economic: 1. Cost accounting of products and a WIP for the purposes of tax accounting is automated 2. Constants and temporary differences on PBU 18/02 "Calculation of income tax" are calculated Organizational: 3. Need of preliminary selection and preparation of booking data for the purpose of reporting on NU disappeared. Managerial: 4. The guaranteed observance of account policy for the purposes of tax accounting for 2014 is reached 5. The checked (audited) authentic tax statements.
