The Kazakhstan company "Kazstroyproyekt" selected expanded edition EDMS THESIS for workflow automation in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activity.

Kazstroyproyekt LLP provides design and survey, expert and engineering services in the field of city and regional planning and building and also design of mining, petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas processing facilities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Separate specialization of the company is electrical equipment.

The company selected a document management system and tasks of TEZIS for automation of internal document flow. The customer gave preference to expanded edition of a system which includes all standard modules EDMS and also gives an opportunity of development of a system for automation of unique business processes of the company. Initially the company purchased the license for 25 simultaneous connections, however in the course of implementation a system was scaled about 50 simultaneous connections that the number of the employees working in a system allowed to increase twice. To summer of 2015 the Haulmont company completed installation and system deployment in Kazstroyproyekt LLP and also user training fully. Using EDMS THESIS processes of work with tasks and documents, office and control of performing discipline were successfully automated.
