Svyazcom set the new USSD center in Kcell network

The Russian developer "Svyazcom" made installation of the self-produced USSD center in network of the largest operator of the market of cellular communication of Kazakhstan – JSC Kcell (is a part of the largest Scandinavian telecommunication holding TeliaSonera). In addition to the main functionality the USSD product of the company also includes the additional functionality implemented on the following modules – Svyazcom.USSD Push, Svyazcom.USSD Advertizing Proxy, Svyazcom.USSD Portal CMS.

The modules Svyazcom.USSD Push and Svyazcom.USSD Advertizing Proxy are intended for carrying out bulk mailings of USSD Push-coobshcheny and adding of advertizing messages in the end of USSD answers from the different existing USSD services in network of the operator. Adding of advertizing texts in existing is made without change of the body text of the message. A system supports an opportunity not only to send USSD messages, but also to make processing of subscriber answers, including to perform a subscription to operator services or to perform sale of content services. Based on this platform it is possible to implement different CRM campaigns as the platform offers interactive interaction with subscribers in real time.

The module Svyazcom.USSD Portal CMS is represented by the graphic designer for creation of USSD portals of any configuration that allows to be integrated with ease with almost any business processes.

Platform Svyazcom. USSDC is also capable to target advertizing messages on different subscriber groups depending on subscriber signs:

• location of the subscriber
• the number of the sent SMS during the certain period
• operating system of the mobile device
• APRU
• and other signs configured upon the demand of the operator.
