On March 28, 2019 the Advanta Consulting company announced creation in JSC KEGOC of a project management system on business transformation.
JSC KEGOC takes active part in program implementation of the Transformation of business including 8 large-scale projects directed to upgrade of a national power grid of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implementation of innovations and advanced methods of management in work of the enterprise. The flexible tool which would allow to monitor quickly terms and the current situation according to investment projects and projects for development of the company was necessary for the top management of JSC KEGOC for this purpose. The decision on implementation of the Advanta platform was so made.
Project objective:
- Process automation of collecting of the reporting under projects.
- Implementation of the uniform instrument of control of terms of project implementation.

- Receive an overall picture on projects in a system.
- To quickly monitor changes of terms on projects.
- Adapt a system for the available reporting.
- Configure dashborda for the top management.

- Forms of collecting of the reporting and key project reports are configured.
- The tool on warning of risks is configured.
- Control panels for top management with visualization of the deviations and problems arising in the project progress are created.
- The analyst and RPO are trained in administration of a system, bases of creation of dashbord and Excel reports.
- Meetings of Project committee are weekly held.
Advanta Consulting noted that reaction to a system from top management of the Customer was positive, the top management estimated simplicity of the interface and convenience of work in a system.
