Kem-Oil starts implementation of ISU of a MRO

On November 26, 2013 the NPP Spectec company announced the beginning of works in an implementation project of the information management system as maintenance and repairs at oil refineries of KEM-OIL Holding Company LLC.

Project Tasks

The petrochemical complex of holding focused on production of oil products of Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards with a depth of oil refining up to 90-95%, is equipped state-of-the-art. Investments "HK "KEM-OYL" a year are estimated at its creation and an output to design capacity of 3 million tons of oil at the level of 9 billion rubles. Close attention of investors is directed to payback of the project, cost optimization, effective and safe capacity utilization. For this purpose the plants are equipped with the newest systems of industrial, environmental and fire safety. But besides, return of investments, capital productivity and security are influenced by shortcomings of processes of maintenance and repair (MRO) of the equipment, and the related costs, performance penalties and qualities.

The management of "KEM-OYL" unrolled an implementation project of the information management system maintenance and repairs (MRO ISU) at oil refineries of holding. A system should provide necessary transparency and controllability of processes of a MRO, to create conditions for implementation of the principle of decision making on the basis of objective data and also to provide instruments of automation of activity in the field of a MRO which are necessary for such large enterprise.

Project Plans

The project should be executed on a software platform EAM- systems TRIM. As the contractor of the project NPP Spectec the developer company is attracted TRIM.

NPP Spectec will grant right to use to TRIM for 28 users, including 15 users in Anzhero-Sudzhensk Oil and Gas Company LLC and 13 – at "Severny Kuzbass Oil Refinery are supposed.

NPP Spectec will also perform a complex of works on implementation of ISU of a MRO. Under responsibility of the contractor:

• development of the project documentation (technical specifications, specifications)
• collection of data on the equipment (passports, instructions, drawings, schemes, regulations, standards, etc.)
• filling by data of the MRO ISU database
• development of a subsystem of data analysis and reporting
• integration of TRIM with the system of financial accounting 1C and an APCS
• training of users of ISU of a MRO
• development of regulations of operation of a system and guides of users
• system deployment on hardware resources of the customer and accomplishment of commissioning
• maintenance at a stage of trial operation and warranty service of a system after its input in an operating mode.

Project Progress

By November 25, 2013 specialists of NPP Spectec conducted examination of divisions, processes of a MRO and documents of the customer, started the analysis of collected information and development of documentation on the project.
