Kemerovo City Electric Supply Company implemented an enterprise management system on the basis of the solution "Galaktika ERP". Specialists of Financial Technologies company were engaged in project implementation. Implementation of the ERP system is executed for the purpose of gain of vertical integration, increase in profitability, strengthening of positions of holding and the enterprises which are its part.
Using the ERP system the following business processes are automated: logistics, planning and management of finance, management of repairs, personnel management, control of transport. Besides, accounting and tax accounting is automated. Integration with a system "The SDS trading house – the Trade" which also uses this ERP system is implemented.
The project is implemented in two stages. At the first stage proceeding four months problems of logistics management, by personnel and the salary, transport and accounting are implemented. At the second stage in five months control blocks by repairs and finance, budgeting are implemented. Now a system is brought into commercial operation.
Further the company is going to implement the module "Construction management" of the Galaktika ERP system.
