Project Tasks

At the beginning of 2001 the management of "the Kemerovo Mobile Communication" recognized expediency of development and deployment of a system of the multilevel automated document flow for head office of the enterprise in Kemerovo and its branch to Novokuznetsk. The technology which is been the basis for such system should consider fully the developed scheme of document flows and rules of work with documents admitted to KMS.

It was necessary to equip with the software of a system of the automated document flow jobs of all officials of the enterprise.

And, the most important, as a result of system implementation it was necessary to provide the conditions giving the chance for phased transition of KMS on internal paperless document flow.

Project Steps

• June, 2001 – inspection of document flow of head office KMS in Kemerovo, project development of an automated system of document flow of the enterprise based on software "CASE";
• July, 2001 – installation and setup of software "BUSINESS", a time binding of software, start in operation of a system at head office and remote divisions in Kemerovo (in total 13 jobs);
• July – August, 2001 – working off by the staff of the enterprise of technology of conducting the automated document flow, efficiency evaluation of application of the CASE system;
• September, 2001 – delivery of software "PUT" for the KMS Novokuznetsk branch (7 jobs);
• September – October, 2001 – installation and setup of software "BUSINESS", start in operation of a system in Novokuznetsk KMS branch, ensuring document exchange with head office of the company by e-mail;
• April, 2002 – delivery of additional jobs of software "CASE" and the options "Scanning" for head office KMS;
• January, 2003 – reorganization of document flow of the company, transfer of all users to work with the single database of a system set at head office KMS;
• July – August, 2004 – setup of a system for work with draft documents (using systems capabilities "CASE" of version 8.5.3) both accounting and control of performance of agreements; retraining of users.
