Kemerovo combined heat and power plant updates the specifications and technical documentation on fuel usage in a software package of Infopro

On November 12, 2018 the INFOPRO company reported that it signed agreements and started updating of the specifications and technical documentation on fuel usage (further - the specifications and technical documentation) in a software information calculating package of support of production processes. Works are carried out at the Kemerovo combined heat and power plant and the Krasnoyarsk combined heat and power plant which are a part of the Siberian generation company in connection with the termination of validity period of power characteristics of the equipment of stations.

According to the company, according to federal rules for November, 2018 development and updating of the specifications and technical documentation is necessary for each 10 MW thermal power station and above each 5 years. In it power characteristics of the equipment, graphics initially - nominal specific fuel consumption and models (algorithms) for determination of nominal and normative indicators of operation of the equipment are described. On the basis of tests taking into account actual state of the equipment – aging, to reconstruction, change of operation modes and also taking into account again entered and dismantled equipment – recalculation of power characteristics is made, diagrams of specific fuel consumption are formed and rated algorithms of measure definition of work of the station prepare. Prepared thus by the specifications and technical documentation it is updated in a software information calculating package, supporting production process in the automatic mode.

Within the implemented projects at SGK stations algorithms of calculation of the configured models of a complex and report forms on the basis of again approved as the specifications and technical documentation are adjusted. Specialists carry out digitization of power characteristics of turbine, boiler workshops and also own needs of power plants. One of the most important tools of efficiency evaluation of operation of the heat power equipment of power plants is determination of a reference level of profitability and the analysis of the technical and economic indicators (TEI) of the equipment. The specifications and technical documentation is a basis of regulation of TEI and determination of efficiency of stations.
