KeyAuto integrated AI- assistant to the sales department. The company uses artificial intelligence to analyze incoming calls to car dealerships and return lost deals. Considering that every month the company processes more than 25 thousand requests for sales of new cars, of which about 20% fall into the category of lost transactions, the introduction of an AI assistant made it possible to automate the detection and analysis of such cases, increasing the efficiency of interaction with customers.
The AI assistant automatically analyzes telephone conversations and processes leads based on the context of the conversation. If artificial intelligence detects a problem with coordinating a meeting with a client, the system instantly sends a notification via Telegram. The Sales Manager immediately accepts such requests under personal control in order to restore contact with the customer. All call data for the day is collected literally in minutes, and the manager is given a full report of all conversations.
KLYUCHAVTO summed up the first results of working with an AI assistant. In total, over the year, using the AI assistant in KLYUCHAVTO, it was possible to identify 65,440 difficult moments in interaction with clients. As a percentage, this amounted to about 22% of the total volume of target leads. Of these, 2522 transactions were reactivated in the company, and 2218 were brought to sale.
