2022: Automation of the process of selecting mass and office personnel
On August 9, 2022, X5 Group announced that it had automated the process of selecting mass and office personnel in the Kh5 Transport division by introducing the Skillaz system. This system allows HR employees across the country to work with candidates in a single digital framework - from creating applications for selection to issuing candidates. As a result of the implementation of the system, more than 5,600 new employees have already been accepted.
Using Skillaz, hiring Kh5 Transport managers can create selection requests, view candidates and responses for each job, and transfer data about applicants if necessary. At the same time, the system displays a complete history of interaction with X5 - previous work in the company, the results of interviews and passing internal assessments. You can also view the deadline for closing a vacancy and the quality of selection, upload statistics, listen to the candidate's telephone conversations with the recruiter, which helps to maintain the quality of work at the highest level.
Skillaz is integrated with internal Kh5 systems: with telephony - when a call comes from a candidate to a common number and is redirected to a free recruiter, and with postal services, which makes it possible to see the schedule of the hiring manager and assign him an interview immediately on the calendar. In addition, the system is integrated with external resources - work sites and instant messengers. As of August 2022, there are more than 176 thousand candidates in the system.
The task was to create an internal selection center to work out the incoming traffic of candidates, and introduce a system in which movement in all vacancies will be visible, as well as reduce hiring time, make the selection and hiring process transparent for both the recruiter and the applicant. The system allows you to identify bottlenecks where an increase in terms occurs, receive any analytics by candidate, track the channels from where the candidate came from, and their effectiveness. Online, you can see how work is going on to close the vacancy. X5 Transport operates a developed logistics and transport infrastructure, which includes 32 motor transport enterprises, 4347 units of vehicles of various tons, 12 logistics sites.
2021: Automating driver hiring
X5 Group automates the process of mass hiring of drivers in Kh5 Transport's own transport division. This became known on October 8, 2021.
The created system has become a single window for the work of HR specialists Kh5 Transport. The solution includes all the necessary functionality to work with candidates from the formation of an application for selection by a manager to the signing of an offer and transfer for registration. The solution allows HR employees across the country to work with candidates in a single system, transfer applicants from one HR specialist to another, if necessary, maintain a complete history of interaction with X5 Group - responses to vacancies, previous work in the company, etc.
We expect that following the implementation of the automation system for hiring mass personnel, the level of staffing of the driver's staff will increase to 97%, and the selection time will be reduced to 1-2 weeks.
