2019: Implementation of the solution consulting at PJSC Khimprom

Project Objectives

• Simulate the business processes (BPs) of the enterprise taking into account the objectives/objectives/boundaries of the project and functional specifics;
• Reach a reasonable compromise on changing business processes and finalizing the chosen solution, balance benefits/costs/risks

Decision

The following works have been carried out to achieve the set goals:

• Enterprise Business Process Survey
• A simulation agreement has been developed and agreed upon.
• BP modeling "as it should be" has been performed, a detailed model of target processes has been formed, reflecting the sequences of processes execution with fixing to roles, target document flow, used objects of the information system.
• Three potential configuration options were evaluated and the configuration was selected and approved based on this assessment - 1C: ERP configuration . Management of the holding.
• Business process models have been developed taking into account the requirements of the document "Business Process Modeling Rules" provided by the Customer.

Results

• A single linked target model of enterprise processes has been developed;
• The configuration for the project implementation is defined taking into account the maximum coverage of requirements with standard functionality;
• Complete information was obtained for the next stage - generation and development of an end-to-end example on the selected configuration in order to determine the lack of functionality and required modifications of the standard solution.
