On Khimprom the implementation project 1C:ERP started

2020: Start of transition on 1C:ERP

On April 7, 2020 Khimprom announced start of an implementation project of system 1C:ERP. For April, 2020 at the enterprise the information system "Source" which became strongly outdated functions.

Taking into account features of the organization of accounting at the enterprise a domestic functional system is selected 1C:ERP. It will allow all divisions to work in a common information space. At the expense of integration 1C:ERP with other systems (ZUP, a MRO ACS , etc.) will exclude loss information and time for its input, processing and transfer between participants of processes will be reduced. The analytical reporting will be prepared in a single system that will allow to increase decision making speed.

The project is large-scale, and that it was successful, only the most necessary functionality will be implemented first of all. Enter limits of the project: data management about structure and production of products; production planning, resources, shipment; logistics; production and sale of the main products; financial and economic providing; management of energy resources; maintenance and repair, reconstruction and upgrade; management of transport services.

Implementation of an information system is, first of all, a cultural project which will change life at the enterprise: approaches to the organization of work, managerial methodologies. It will save from a large amount of papers, will simplify information exchange, will reduce transmission time of data between divisions.
