Along with system implementation of streamlining "5S" in which each employee of the plant is involved at the enterprise one more program for economy – "Value stream mapping" is started. The tool directed to training of engineering employees allows to develop a number of the effective actions directed to cost reduction and improvement of working conditions. Its sense consists in creation by heads of the pictorial art work designating process transactions by certain characters. Project participants, creating KPSTs, reveal "bottlenecks" also develop the actions plan on their elimination that allows to reduce considerably losses and to accelerate process of production of a product.

First we mistakenly assumed that the increase in productivity will be reached by toughening of requirements and increase in intensity of work. However were convinced of learning process that the program works differently – by means of the analysis and planning, generation of the new ideas and increase in skills of team work which are realized in plan development on improvement, - the shift foreman of workshop No. 61 Andrey Shmykov shared impressions about the project.

We expect to receive threefold benefit from start of the program. First, the trained team of the key heads armed with skills of management of technology processes. Secondly, ready-made solutions on performance improvement, and, at last, the created high-performance sections, - the Head of Department of a production system Alexander Marzhukov explained. – Until the end of 2020 workshops of the main production will have to construct the card of a current status of process, to carry out the comprehensive analysis of a flow of production, to generate the ideas and to develop the actions plan on improvement, having protected KPSTs of future state before expert jury.

On it work on development of a system of performance improvement on production is not finished. Ahead – implementation, offered in learning process. When programs for economy thoroughly get accustomed in all workshops and will become the fundamental law for everyone, in Khimprom are going to start implementation of other tools.
