2024: Introduction of "1C: Retail" to automate accounting and trading in the new toy store

In the summer of 2024, a new store of children's toys "AIRPLANE KIDS" opened in St. Petersburg. The business owner made the decision to fully automate accounting and trading before launching sales. With this task, he turned to the company "Онлайн-касса.ру."

The customer needed a ready-made and fully configured solution with a simple and understandable interface to keep records immediately after opening the store. Specialists "Онлайн-касса.ру" proposed to use the program "1C: Retail," as it meets all the requests of the owner:

  • allows you to keep inventory, execute acceptance, carry out inventories, monitor balances and carry out cash transactions;
  • does not require accounting knowledge and long-term training;
  • supports various loyalty programs.

The following works were carried out within the framework of the project:

  1. To automate settlements with buyers in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 54, an online cash desk registered with the Federal Tax Service was connected to 1C: Retail.
  2. activated the subscription to 1S:ITS Start Retail, which provides access to additional services: 1C-Goods, 1C: Nomenclature, 1C: Counterparty, etc.
  3. The account program has set up a bonus system that helps expand the customer base and increase store profits.

Automation has helped avoid the typical accounting errors faced by many entrepreneurs at the start of sales. Thanks to the implementation of 1C: Retail, all customer tasks were solved. In the program, it is easy to control stocks, plan purchases, manage prices and the assortment matrix. The accounting system automatically generates supplier requisitions when the number of balances has reached the minimum value, which avoids a shortage of running goods and does not miss profits.
