Kindergarten No. 258 automates main types of accounting

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product in kindergarten No. 258, the press service of integrator reported on January 10, 2013.

Project

Earlier, for conducting accounting and tax accounting in kindergarten the self-written software product was used. The program did not cope with the large volume of information. Because of it there were numerous errors in work, difficulties with timely submission of documents in regulatory authorities. As the kindergarten is budgetary institution and reports for allocated funds right in front of the state, its management was interested in that process of reporting was smoothly running to trifles.

The 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product became an optimal solution of assigned tasks. The program is intended for conducting operational and normative accounting within the main requirements of the Russian legislation.

Main objectives of automation:

• creation of the debugged mechanism of formation of the regulated reporting;
• decrease in labor costs of the accountant.

Result

Process automation of accounting and tax accounting considerably lowered the accountant's labor costs. The regulated reporting is prepared with higher quality and quickly now. Reflection of all economic transactions of the organization within functionality of the standard solution is provided. Preparation of the reporting for accounting and the different controlling instances in a paper and electronic form is fulfilled.
