Klimov signed the agreement on carrying out research

Customers: Klimov (mechanical engineering)

Contractors: Armada Soft

Project date: 2013/08

The Armada Soft company announced on September 3, 2013 signing of the contract with Klimov company, on carrying out research on a subject of development of program system for transfer and the analysis of telemetered informations from power units of helicopters and airplanes.

Project Background

These diagnostics should be used for operational decision making about repair of power units and to increase security at operation of the flight equipment.

Operation of the power unit is controlled by a large number of sensors and systems. For one working hour of the engine about 200 MB of the data which are of interest in terms of data to increase in efficiency of power units gather.

"Specialists of Armada Soft will develop a system concept which will provide transfer on the encoded communication channels of the parametrical these power units operated around the world to the research center "Klimov" where data will be stored and be processed on a centralized basis. The saved-up data will be automatically analyzed by a subsystem of statistical processing based on the analytical Deductor platform. On the basis of the analysis specialists of the center will make decisions which then are broadcast back on airfields" — Ivan Evtyukhin, the head of the analytical systems of Armada Soft company noted.
"Modern information technologies open new opportunities for assessment of technical condition of aviation engines. The developed system will allow to obtain quickly operational information and to carry out its analysis taking into account statistics on all park of engines that will increase the level of reliability of our aircraft equipment — Stanislav Konashkov, the deputy chief designer of Klimov company emphasized. — The carried-out research work also should help us will decide on the further directions of development of the similar diagnostic systems".
