Description

In 2012 the company management made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end information system since the being available accounting system became morally outdated: a part of processes was automated within "1C: Accounting 7.7", the rest of processes was automated by means of the MS Excel. Automation of managerial, accounting, tax accounting, IFRS, budgeting, planning, formation of the corporate reporting was the purpose of implementation. As the partner in automation the Management of OPTIMA company entering into Albit Group which has long-term experience of automation of large enterprises was selected. During express inspection of the company for implementation the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was selected. During implementation 150 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are put into operation:

Budgeting, "Management of the relations with suppliers", Purchase management, Purchase planning were entered to subsystems significant completions. As a result of implementation of the software product "1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8" in JSC Kmaruda Plant company got better conducting all types of accounting. Implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product for automation of activity of the enterprise allowed to estimate quickly efficiency and to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions using the specialized and universal reports including which are specially developed at implementation.
