The Intelkom company completed the project at the Knorr-Bremze KAMA LLC enterprise. The system of volume scheduling for sales department, purchases, logistics and production became area of automation.
Knorr-Bremze KAMA LLC is the joint venture created in Naberezhnye Chelny by JSC KAMAZ and the German company Knorr-Bremse Systeme fur Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH (Systems Knorr-Bremze LLC for commercial transport") for production, assembly and testing of brake systems for the KAMAZ trucks, buses, trailers, the all-wheel drive equipment.
For effective functioning of subsystems of sales planning, production and purchases and also for increase in efficiency and effectiveness of planning, the company management made the decision on automation of a subsystem of the Volume Scheduling (VS). This system is intended for development and bringing to structural divisions and jobs of operational plan targets on production and providing them by necessary resources. It allows to create and adjust automatically sales plans, productions, purchases and also the reports corresponding to them.
With OKP system implementation specialists of Knorr-Bremze KAMA had an opportunity to react quickly to any changes of the sales plan, in any terms, timely, to adjust supplier orders, orders for production, to automatically support the size of stocks. Several forms of the reporting became available: "Sales plan", "Sales plan with the partner prices", "Plan-fact analysis of sales", etc.
Main advantages of the made business process reengineering:

- The quantity of labor resources, due to automation of labor-consuming calculations decreased.
- The possibility of duplication of information input is excluded.
