The solution is intended for maintaining archive of documents of the company, automation of tasks of office, control of performing discipline and automation of business processing of orders of branches. The system of structurization of analytical information on the registered documents in the form of search filters and reports is created. Practically all staff of the company who uses systems capabilities for review of documents, joint work with documents, trackings of document revisions and a possibility of file sharing of any types are put into operation. Electronic archives for different structures of the company are created. Business process of preparation of orders for metal products for distribution through a branch network is developed and automated. The business process purpose – existence of the necessary product quantity in due time in the necessary branch. At the same time the branched scheme of stages of approval and correction of necessary documents is used.
