In the Koopman International Rus trading company implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product is complete. The project is implemented by Antegra Consulting company.

The project of creation and implementation of an effective system of information support of a trading activity was separated into three stages. For optimization of work with an agreement base development of a standard form of the agreement was offered the client. Details of the client are brought once in a "client" card and substituted in a printed form automatically.

For reduction of risk of loss of any external files the mechanism of modification of agreements was offered in case of need to consider wishes of users, to adjust the text of the agreement and to save the changed model in the client's card.

For reduction of time expenditure on management of documentation it is recommended to store all document templates regulating the relations with buyers which printed forms do not change or change slightly to the client in an information system for automatic preparation and to develop methodology on their storage.

For risk minimization of emergence of errors in documents of implementation on delivery of goods in several stages it is recommended to Customer to automate loading of information on the request from the MS Excel files in a new system.

For solution of the problem of approval of the prices in case of cooperation with different divisions of one customer it is offered to develop the mechanism of accounting of offers by divisions and the mechanism of storage of the bid price for the customer in general.

For process optimization of shipment of goods it is offered to Customer to enter into a new system the additional document "Shipments" completed jointly by department of logistics and sales department in which the current location of goods is displayed.

In a project deliverable the speed of reaction to customer appeals increased, the quality and control over the goods delivery increased, the customer loyalty increased.
