This system uses corporate directories (financial structures, projects, customers and employees of the company), imported daily from source systems in automatic mode. Thanks to this, the tool always works with current planned and actual data, which is used by the heads of departments, departments, services and the company as a whole, and reporting is generated automatically.

The rapid implementation of the Optimacros platform has significantly accelerated the formation of the annual budget for fiscal 2023, quarterly forecasts and operational plans. Working with single directories, data sources, and end-to-end business processes has reduced the labor required to prepare and reconcile data.
