Kovrov electromechanical plant (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

The AND Project company (file) started creation of an enterprise management system on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform for the "Kovrov electromechanical plant" making products of defense and technological appointment (hydraulic devices, connections and connections of pipelines, key products).

The production yield of the plant to the world market set the management thinking on the new management tools necessary for further expansion and development. An ERP system was selected based on the semi-annual tender, after the analysis of several domestic and western solutions.

Main objective of the project is creation of a single system of management of financial, personnel and material resources of the plant. During implementation automation of budgeting, purchase management, sale, stocks and a warehouse, accounting of settlings with partners is supposed. The ability to manage receivables and payables should make more effective plant operation with suppliers and buyers.

The solution of assigned tasks should provide both the standard functionalities of the ERP system, and additional solutions, including the modules "Expanded Personnel Records" and "Expanded Payroll" developed by AND Project and designed to automate registration of personnel and payroll for more than 3,000 employees of the plant.

By calculations of the customer, the created system should reduce influence of "a human factor", minimize manual entry of information and reduce internal document flow, is more accurate distribute responsibility between the staff of financial services and other users of a system. As a result, increase in transparency of accounting and management should make the enterprise more attractive to investors.
