Kraft Heinz implemented ERP at plant of baby food

On August 18, 2016 the IBM company announced project completion with the Kraft Heinz plant, directed to upgrade of internal processes and increase in efficiency.

Project Tasks

The plant in Ivanovo purchased by Kraft Heinz in 2015 produces baby food under the Clear head brand. Earlier the plant used a corporate system of resource planning (ERP) of an outdated sample which did not provide necessary digital functionality and connectivities and the interaction conforming to the international Kraft Heinz corporate standards.

The Kraft Heinz plant stopped the choice on IBM Global Business Services.

Project Results

ERP system functions on the SAP platform and is intended for upgrade of processes of purchases, production, logistics, quality management, sales, distribution, finance and work with supply channels. The project is complete in June, 2016.

Rada to report that thanks to joint work of specialists of the Russian office IBM, local division of Kraft Heinz and our global IT command we finished implementation of global templates of SAP at the plant fully. The solution implemented at the Kraft Heinz plant in Ivanovo brought all processes of the plant to the level conforming to the international standards.
