Rostec tested the system of counteraction to UAVs at the airport of Krasnodar

2019: Tests the Attack – DBS

On October 21, 2019 "Rostec" reported that the automated complex of counteraction civil to UAVs "The attack is DBS" holding "Ruselectronics" of State Corporation Rostec successfully passed tests for territories international airport of Krasnodar of Catherine II.

During tests work of the complex developed by JSC NPP Almaz (Enters in Ruselectronics), in the conditions of the imitated attacks of drones from near and far distance, including at extremely low height – 30-40 m from the earth was shown to representatives of the airport. According to the stated technical characteristics the equipment in the automatic mode detected the UAV at distance of 1.5 km, identified an object as unauthorized, made blocking of a communication channel and navigation then the UAV could not continue flight on the scheduled course and returned to a start point.

Tested confirmed all stated characteristics. Thanks to the algorithms of detection of the UAV used in our complex, a system does not break operation of surrounding communication and navigation equipment therefore it can be used at the airports, city conditions and also in territories of hi-tech objects, noted the First Deputy CEO of JSC NPP Almaz Mikhail Apin
