On April 26, 2016 the Technologies of the Future company announced end of system implementation of queue management of NEURONIQ in JSC Krasnogorskaya elektricheskaya set.
Project Progress
- The possibility of prerecording via the website of the company is implemented and also the individual software customization connected with features of the organization of process of customer service in the company is executed.
- Function of an automatic call of specialists to the hall of service from the second hall when choosing by the client of special services is implemented.
Project Results
- The premises allocated under office of service are optimized, having reduced quantity of windows to a necessary minimum for operators of the general profile and one-two windows "on duty" for alternate use by specialists.
- More comfortable conditions for work of narrow specialists in own offices located out of the hall of service are saved.
- Reaction of narrow specialists to emergence in queue of visitors on their services is accelerated.
- Waiting time of visitors on the services rendered by narrow specialists is reduced.
- Costs on purchase of the software of NEURONIQ are reduced, having reduced the necessary number of licenses of operators by 39%.
