Automation of accounting and payroll, and also accounting of fuel and lubricants in JSC Krasnoyarskelektrosetstroy based on 1C:Enterprise 8 is complete. Management of the construction organization
Prior to complex automation regulated accounting of JSC Krasnoyarskelektrosetstroy was kept in solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform. The company management made the decision on need of implementation of a modern information system of high performance and scalability which will allow to implement plans of further development of the enterprise. The Krasnoyarsk office of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which has wide experience in automation of the construction enterprises became the partner in project implementation. In a project deliverable it was required to train the staff of the enterprise and to finish a system under specifics of activity. Specialists of BIT company together with the customer designated by project tasks:
- receiving more productive system ready to scaling allowing to resolve in the future issues of budgeting automation;
- reduction of costs for broadcast of data and data analysis from different bases;
- reduction of expenses on conducting regulated accounting.
For the solution of assigned tasks the product "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. Management of the construction organization" as it allows to create a common information space for work of all divisions of the enterprise and has necessary functionality for further system implementation of budgeting and construction production. All works are completed within 6 months, a system covered 20 jobs. The following sections were automated:
- Accounting;
- Tax accounting;
- Personnel records;
- Payroll;
- Fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculation;
- Accounting of overalls and special equipment;
- Regulated accounting.
- Accounting of the rolling stock
- Planning of a consumption of fuel and lubricants
- Scheduling of cargo transportation
As a result:
1. Costs on conducting regulated accounting were reduced approximately twice. If earlier it was required to overload data from base of one program in another, then manually to execute check, in some cases to add data, now all primary documents are entered once, filling of details of accounting is executed in most cases automatically.
2. The management sees a real consumption of fuel and lubricants by objects that allows to calculate cost value of construction of the facility more precisely.
