Krasnoyarskenergo (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

The Alias company completed development and deployment of the automated payroll system and personnel management in Executive office and City Electric Networks branch of JSC Krasnoyarskenergo. A system is constructed on the basis of a software package "1C:Enterprise 8. Salary and Personnel management". Works on implementation of a software package in other eight branches of society are at the moment conducted.

Project Objective

Development of the automated payroll system and personnel management on the basis of the software package "1C:Enterprise 8" taking into account the operating account policy of JSC Krasnoyarskenergo, PBU and method of calculation of the salary and other regulating and administrative documents of the enterprise and also the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Project Description

Within the project the following areas are automated:

Accounting of sheets Payroll Personnel records Reporting of department of work and employment Formation and unloading of postings

In implementation process of the project payroll and the sphere of personnel management of JSC Krasnoyarskenergo was completely automated. At the same time the high performance of a complex is provided that was one of the main requirements to the project – payroll on the enterprise numbering 1200 people does not last longer than 20-30 minutes.

Specialists of Alias company, within the project, developed a documentation package on maintenance and use of an automated system. Personnel training of the customer to work with an automated system is provided.
