At the beginning of 2017, it became known about the appearance of a stationary apparatus for ultrasonic diagnostics manufactured by Mindray in the Kremenchug city maternity hospital (Poltava region, Ukraine). This was reported by the Vpoltave.info portal with reference to the press service of the Kremenchug city council.
The Mindray DC 70 ultrasonic apparatus was purchased at the end of 2016 for 1.395 million hryvnia (about 3.1 million rubles). The money is allocated from the city budget.
The purchased ultrasound equipment allows doctors to identify the pathology of pregnancy in the early stages and make the right decision on its further management, said Yaroslav Prokopchuk, chief physician of the Kremenchug city maternity hospital.
Mindray DC 70 provides high quality and high performance in diagnostics, has a number of automatic functions to help significantly reduce examination time and increase the efficiency of medical personnel. The unique technologies of the device itself also allow a pregnant woman to see how her child is developing during diagnosis, the press service of the Kremenchug City Council noted.[1]
