2024: Introduction of financial accounting automation system
The company Kronstadt"" - a manufacturer of heavy-class unmanned aircraft systems Russia in - has introduced financial a accounting automation system, which made it possible to optimize work processes. The contractor was a contractor Implementation center "Razdolye" who has extensive experience in automating complex industrial enterprises that perform GOZ. Against the background of growing demand for products, significant changes in prices for purchasing materials at the enterprise, difficulties arose with the rapid calculation of cost. At the same time, it was necessary to timely and accurately report on the execution of the state defense order.
A suitable solution for automation with high requirements for accounting and reporting was proposed by the Razdolye Implementation Center. As part of the project, such functional areas as sales management, warehouse, accounting tax and accounting, distribution, wages formation of reports on state defense orders and, IFRS budgeting and treasury were automated.
Thanks to the use of the modern solution "1C:ERP Management of the Holding," the company was able to close the maximum of business processes for several legal entities into a single loop.

The introduction of the system began in September 2022, and as of October 2024, 100 automated workplaces were put into commercial operation.
