Specialists conducted a survey, designed the system and developed from scratch the integration of WMS with ERP. We automated all key processes: from the acceptance and transfer of materials to production to the receipt and shipment of finished products to customers, including inventory. Also, specialists performed a number of improvements to the system: for example, the possibility of replacing the pallet when selecting from a floor cell and a deep rack is implemented - this will simplify the process of selecting goods, loading materials for employees, and also improve traceability.

In addition, IT specialists, together with the WMS Administrator, set up data collection terminals and conducted personnel training. Now all key actions at the site are carried out using portable devices, which reduces the number of errors.

As a result of the project, the company has a single system that allows you to manage warehouse operations and provides tools for measuring processes. All data goes to corporate ERP, the company can fully control stocks. Clear zoning of the facility allows to increase traceability of raw materials and finished products.
