On January 29, 2014 the DAMASCUS company announced start of an e-queue system DAMASCUS-BANK at office of service of LLC CB Kuban Credit.
Project Results
From the moment of project implementation in the hall of department of LLC CB Kuban Credit there is no vanity and excess noise now. The new system of service essentially changed a spirit of office and accelerated the movement of a client flow. Also expected the management of bank such result, making the decision to implement SUO "DAMASCUS" in operational work with clients.
Visitors of bank department estimated new, higher quality of service. Except an order directly at office, clients very positively apprehended an opportunity previously to register in acceptance to specialists of bank via the Internet which is provided by SUO "DAMASCUS".
The e-queue system DAMASCUS is equipped by the user editor of the graphical interface and the designer of reports providing quality control and rates of work of operators.
