At the Kumertau air manufacturing enterprise the project of automation of technology preparation of production on the basis of the solution Vertical of ASCON developer is complete, the ASCON-Ufa company integrator reported on June 13, 2013.
Before
Before the implementing solution VERTICAL work of technologists of JSC KUMAPP was based on the basis of "manual" approach:
- development of technology documentation was conducted on the basis of electronic forms in the form of graphic files where all information was entered manually;
- there was no communication with design documentation, sketches were created without use of CAD systems, there was no single database.
At the beginning of 2011 the management of the enterprise set the task - to increase quality and speed of technology preparation of production.
After the analysis and studying of opportunities of systems existing in the market a choice was made for benefit of the solution of ASCON, the ASCON-Ufa company became the partner in implementation of the IT project. Active participation in process of system implementation was shown by software engineers and technologists of JSC KUMAPP. They developed non-standard reports of technical documentation, carried out completion of system modules of labor regulation and the modes of cutting, created technical processes for foundry, stamping, welding productions.
Result
System implementation of automated design of technology processes of VERTIKAL, the plant releasing military and civil helicopters increased average values of labor productivity in technology divisions by 10-50%. The project was implemented by ASCON-Ufa company jointly with specialists of JSC KUMAPP.
Growth
Qualitative results of automation - reduction of quantity of errors at design of technology processes, quality improvement of documentation, a possibility of preserving and transfer of experience of production engineers to young specialists.
