In October 2021, a contract was signed for the construction of a new infectious disease hospital in Kemerovo for 5.3 billion rubles. The only participant in the competition was SDS-Stroy.

She will have to build the GAS complex "Kuzbass Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital" by the end of 2025. The new hospital will be able to accommodate 320 patients. It is planned that the institution will equip tent departments of a round-the-clock stay - 256 beds. In addition, the intensive care unit with 18 beds (of which 6 are children and 12 adults). The equipment of six reception and inspection boxes of the reception compartment is also provided.

The project includes a seven-story hospital building, an oxygen station, a car disinfection station, a two-story centralized clinical diagnostic laboratory, treatment facilities, etc. The area of ​ ​ the main building will be 27.1 thousand square meters, the building of the central clinical laboratory - 2 thousand square meters.

According to Kommersant, citing the terms of reference for the tender, in the event of an emergency of a sanitary and epidemiological nature, the capacity of the hospital can be increased by 18 beds, as a result, the total capacity of the hospital will be 338 beds.

According to auction documents, the new complex will be located at: Kemerovo, Volgograd, 43v. "SDS-Stroy" will need to perform preparatory, pile, facade work, erect load-bearing structures, arrange all communications and other work.

According to SPARK-Interfax, SDS-Stroy LLC was registered in the Kemerovo region in 2006. The company is 50% owned by Business Technologies LLC, another 50% by Svetlana Rybalchenko, who is the beneficiary of Business Technologies (data for mid-October 2021).[1]
