2022: Development of an automated system of dispatch control and energy consumption accounting
The company CIRCLE"" has completed regular deliveries for the development of an automated system of dispatch control and energy consumption accounting (ADPSCS) Kuzbass Power Grid Company (d.). Kemerovo The solution developed by KRUG for the digitalization of electric grid companies is the basic element of this system. Krug announced this on June 27, 2022.
The DSCSCS expansion is carried out by the specialists of "KEnK" with the technical support of NPF "KRUG."
Kuzbass Power Grid Company LLC (KEnK) as of June 2022 serves about 15 thousand km of electrical networks and 4600 transformer substations. The company's service sector includes 19 branches in settlements of the Kemerovo region.
As of June 2022, the ADPSCS already operates 570 DevLink-C1000 controllers under the control of AWS dispatchers located in 19 branches and the head office of the company. The system covers 316 substations and 254 reclosers.
The use of industrial controllers DevLink-C1000 together with the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000 from the software and hardware complex KRUG-2000 ensured an effective solution of the tasks of collecting, processing and transmitting data to the control rooms of branches and the headquarters of CEnK, as well as the tasks of dispatch control of equipment from the branch level.
The introduction of a digital solution from NPF KRUG at the facilities of CEnK gave the following effects:
- reduced the total power loss time of power consumers by 4-5 times
- reduced the number of de-energized consumers by 3-4 times
- reduced power failure due to emergency outages by 2-3 times
- increased the observability of the system to 95%.
2020: Integration of 26 more power grid facilities
On January 26, 2021, NPF Krug announced the results of 2020 for the development of the automated dispatch control and energy consumption accounting system of the Kuzbass power grid company. In 2020, another 26 power grid facilities in Kemerovo and districts of the Kemerovo region were integrated into the system. Developed by KRUG, the Digital Substation solution is the basic element necessary for the digitalization of the power grid company.
As of January 2021, AIDCC operates 470 DevLink-C1000 controllers under the control of dispatchers AWS located in 22 branches of the company. The system covers 263 substations and 207 reclusers.
Kuzbass Power Grid Company LLC (KEnK) as of January 2021 serves about 15 thousand km of electrical networks and 4600 transformer substations. The company's service sector includes 24 branches in the settlements of the Kemerovo region.
The system is implemented on the basis of the KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (CAS KRUG-2000). The use of industrial DevLink-C1000 controllers together with the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000 provided the solution of the tasks of collecting, processing and transmitting data to the control rooms of the branches and the head office of CEnK, as well as the tasks of dispatch control of equipment from the branch level.
Implementation of digital substations at CEnK facilities gave the following effects:
- reducing the total time of de-energization of energy consumers by 4-5 times
- reducing the number of de-energized consumers by 3-4 times
- reduction of power failure due to emergency outages by 2-3 times
- increasing the "observability" of the system to 95%
- optimisation of operation of operational-field teams with reduction of number and duration of departures.
2013
On April 23, 2015, it became known about the introduction of the SCADA KRUG-2000 system in the Kuzbass Power Grid Company from 2012 to 2013. Integrator in the project company NPF "Circle."
Project Summary
The implementation was carried out as part of a comprehensive project to expand the dispatch control and energy accounting system.
