On April 21, 2021, Infor announced the implementation of a solution for managing Infor WMS warehouse complexes at the fifth warehouse site of LADA Image, the official distributor for the sale of spare parts for LADA cars.

The integrator and one of the partners of Infor in Russia and CIS the company "" LT Management carried out the implementation in a very short time: just 1.5 months after the start of work, the warehouse reached the design performance indicators. Now all five LADA Image storage sites with a total area of ​ ​ over 80,000 square meters are managed by a single Infor solution. WMS

With the automation of the last warehouse, the stage of preparation for the launch of the B2C direction, which is important for LADA Image, is also being completed. As of April 2021, LADA Image is working with official LADA dealers and wholesale operators in Russia, as well as with official LADA dealers abroad. The Infor WMS solution has been used in LADA Image distribution centers since 2012, and when the company faced the task of transforming the business to work with the B2C segment, it was decided to switch to a single system for all warehouses and partners.

The range of LADA Image spare parts for April 2021 is more than 18 thousand items, including 600 original LADA accessories and 450 types of branded packaging. Given this variety of products, the company needed a productive solution that could support a significant increase in transactional load (as a result of the launch of warehouses and the expansion of sales channels from wholesale trade to wholesale and retail, and then B2C format), as well as ensure quick and flexible adaptation to changing business requirements.

As of April 2021, the system employs more than 700 users. The solution provides real-time accounting and comprehensive management of all existing warehouses with a large number of storage units. Infor WMS allows you to monitor and coordinate the actions of warehouse employees, conduct a detailed analysis of the work of distribution centers and identify processes to be optimized. Thanks to the capabilities of Infor WMS "LADA Image" it was possible to completely eliminate the delays associated with excessive manipulation and human factor. As a result, the processing time of orders has decreased and the shipping speed of goods has increased. So, the average daily productivity for one of the warehouses for the quarter increased by 11%.
