MTS transfers all subscribers Comstar regions to a single billing platform

JSC Mobile TeleSystems was announced in September, 2011 end of the next stage of integration by MTS and Comstar and transfer of all branches "Comstar regions" on the unified billing platform that it will provide uniform standards of service for subscribers of fixed connection of Group of MTS and in the future will allow to provide convergent services on the basis of the uniform account for services of mobile and fixed connection.

MTS implemented single billing solution in all territory of action of Comstar regions network which services subscribers in more than 100 cities of Russia. Users of broadband access in the Internet and a pay TV, as well as subscribers of mobile communication of MTS, can control balance of the personal account now, resolve issues with crediting, formation and change of set of services in MTS contact center or in any of salons of the operator across all Russia.

"The implemented solution allows MTS to start all-federal marketing programs in the shortest possible time, to offer subscribers of MTS across all Russia equally attractive discounts and package offers, the uniform high standard of services and service. In the long term the uniform account for subscribers of cellular and fixed connection of MTS will allow to create the unified billing solution and to offer new rates and services", - the director of MTS of development of the fixed regional business Dmitry Bagdasaryan noted.

Single billing solution is implemented based on the integration LANBilling Supervise platform. Within integration of the mobile and fixed business MTS is going to transfer until the end of 2011 to a single platform based on LANBilling Supervise, subscribers of Multiregion company and others child broadband access providers. After completion of standardization of billing platforms this solution will be integrated with mobile billing of MTS.
