The project proceeds

Deployment is implemented in the city of Artyom using the LEAD WMS 4 system. The logistic center consists of two warehouses "A" of a class, total area more than 24,000 sq.m.

"The areas of the center, are comparable to the sizes of three football fields, thanks to debugged methodology and wide experience specialists of LogistiX coped with all tasks. Today the center allows to store and process practically any goods. WMS - a system provides effective management of cargo flows, allows to define unmistakably in what point of warehouse complexes there are these or those goods and also to conduct piece processing of products with a big performance. Today all warehouse processes of the center are completely controlled and controlled by LEAD WMS in real time within a uniform information field. In the center more than 300 jobs are organized", - Timur Samokhin, the logistics director of Ei-Pi Trade company noted.

Implementation

The project is implemented in two stages.

On initial, specialists of LogistiX implement basic functionality of WMS, integration with a corporate information system and personnel training on work with the solution is carried out it.

At the second stage optimization and adaptation of WMS under specific warehouse tasks is implemented.

"During the project we considered scales of the center, high intensity of a trade flow and a possibility of increase in warehouse spaces as in the near future, and in the long term. For these purposes we offered LEAD WMS of fourth generation. The solution meets all necessary requirements of the logistic center and allows to process hundreds of thousands of transactions per hour, managing at the same time in the normal mode several similar complexes at once", - Dmitry Blinov, the technical director of the company of LogistiX emphasized.

Implementation of WMS on two logistic objects is complete within seven months.
