LSR industrial construction group (1C: Document Flow PROF)

LSR. Upravlyayushchaya kompaniya LLC is head structure of the largest developer of the Northern Capital and holds a leading position in the market of the residential real estate of the Northwest. In holding 15000 people work, more than 10 companies in all directions of construction business and the real estate are a part of the LSR Group.

The Directorate on information technologies and Department of communications and public relations of LSR LLC (DKISO) was faced by a task to create a system for systematization and storage of separate video, audio-and photo files, for their use within activity of Department of communications and public relations. Process of creation, introduction of new data and change of files was not automated, storage was performed on different computers DKISO and business units of LSR Group, entering of data into archives was performed without regulations. Also complexity was search of necessary media files which was run manually, on a key word, quite often with big omissions as names of files and folders had no detailed description of contents that led to loss of a part of results and unjustified time expenditure.

At the beginning of the project the directory of the business processes which are subject to automation or completion was made:

• Assignment to files of a key word at introduction to a system for advanced search in storage;
• Filling of descriptions of files;
• Quick search of files in storage for the current tasks DKISO;
• Representation of search results;
• Differentiation of access rights to data;
• Preserving of files from storage on a disk.

For automation of the above-named tasks the decision on implementation of an information system based on the software product "1C: Document Flow 8 was made . Prof".

For the choice of the Directorate of IT contract organization organized 2nd stage competition as a result of which became PiterSoft LLC the winner and the only contractor.

Project works began in May, 2016. During system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) the following works were performed:

• Technical Specifications and Private terms of reference on completions are developed and approved;
• Completions of a system according to ChTZ are programmed;
• A system according to Technical Specifications is customized;
• User training is provided;
• Testing of EDMS on real data DKISO is held;
• Input of a system in trial operation is made.

During trial operation high-quality consulting and information support was given, consultations of users were held.

As a result on November "10", 2016 the information system was brought into commercial operation. The tasks set by Department of communications and public relations are executed. Operational introduction of media content, storage and convenient search of files is provided. 35 jobs are automated.
