LTB optimizes trade inventories

In the Russian representative office of LTB which is engaged in production and sale of youth jeans clothes system implementation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is complete. Within the project three configurations "1C: Trade Management 8", "1C: Accounting|1C: Accounting 8]]" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" are implemented. The project is executed by 1C Company: Accounting and Trade (AT).

Implementation is implemented for the purpose of creation of the single accounting system for conducting operational, accounting and personnel records, payroll. It was necessary to solve such problems as timely data acquisition about sales of each shop of network, a regular supply of retail outlets according to their needs for goods, drawing up the summary reporting.

In two months after the beginning of the project nine shops of network began work in the 1C: Trade Management 8 system. The software was set also at the central office of the company and in a warehouse, for information exchange the distributed information bases are organized.

A system covered the following sections: customer relationship management, sales management, management of warehouse stocks, cash management, the cost accounting, obtaining the reporting for efficiency analysis of a trading activity, personnel records and payroll, accounting and tax accounting.

Automation of accounting according to discount programs promoted exact identification of target audience, development of the program of sales, implementation of advertizing campaigns in universities.

For 20% release of warehouses from a drain at receipt of new collections at the expense of the automated demand analysis on different goods in each shop of network is accelerated. Mechanisms of inventory management allow to control timely a remaining balance of goods in retail outlets and in the central warehouse. Maintenance of complete dimensional lines in shops and also exact forecasting of stock replenishment requirement is provided.
