2025: Warehouse Automation Begins
Litokol, with the support of Korus Consulting Group, is launching a digital transformation, starting with the automation of the finished product warehouse. As part of the project, a 1C:WMS system will be implemented for address storage, transparent management of commodity flows and control of operations. Online monitoring tools and advanced data exchange for integration with IT systems will also appear. These solutions will increase warehouse productivity, reduce logistics costs and lay the technological foundation for further business growth. This was announced by Korus Consulting on August 27, 2025.
Litokol chose to automate the warehouse: 1CWMS since the solution contains advanced functionality, it is convenient to integrate it with existing IT systems, and flexible settings allow you to adapt to individual ones. to business processes The transition to 1C:WMS will provide the technological basis for further changes and scaling. business processes
The project covers the entire life cycle of the implementation - from analyzing current processes to putting the system into operation. At the start, the KORUS Consulting team will conduct an audit of warehouse processes, develop recommendations for preparing the site for the implementation of WMS and determine the necessary points of integration with IT systems. Special attention will be paid to the analysis of operating scenarios - this will reduce the amount of improvements and simplify system maintenance.
The project will introduce a module of visual metrics for online monitoring of warehouse operations, as well as advanced data exchange subsystems - an integration management tool that ensures stable data exchange between WMS and other corporate systems.
As a result of the project, the company will be able to receive operational information on the state of warehouse operations, automate the distribution of tasks, reduce the impact of the human factor and increase the transparency of labor assessment. The company's logistics will become part of a single digital architecture ready for growth and scale.
Automation of the warehouse at the Concrete site will be the first step in building a single Litokol digital logistics system. In the future, the project will be scaled to other facilities - raw materials warehouses and production sites. This phased approach minimizes risks and gradually builds a managed architecture. The project lays a solid technological foundation for the integration of logistics, supply and manufacturing, creating a platform for sustainable business growth.
