Legislative assembly of Sverdlovsk region (Directum (EDMS/ECM system))

Delivery and implementation of the module "Citizens' appeals" of an electronic document management system and interaction management of DIRECTUM during which by means of the modules "Citizens' Appeal" and "Internet and reception" work of the Sector on work with citizens' appeals was automated.

In the middle of 2012 the management of Legislative Assembly made the decision on automation of process of consideration of citizens' appeals.

Viewing offers of different vendors was carried out and as a result responsible persons came to a conclusion that the Directum system most is suitable for automation. The important role in the choice was played by a trip of representatives of Legislative assembly to the Government of the Tyumen region on which successfully proved both the Directum system, and professionalism of staff of Finex Quality company.

Within the project work with citizens' appeals was implemented. The reference book "Citizens' appeals" was modified, 8 reports allowing to provide information on the registered addresses in different cuts are developed: on subjects of addresses, on municipal educations and to managerial districts, on officials, on deputies. Reports are developed for formation of the list of the addresses which are under consideration at officials and formation of the list of the addresses which are on execution. For convenience of work with citizens' appeals in a system the Standard all-Russian thematic qualifier of citizens' appeals was brought.

Work on personal reception of citizens is implemented: record on personal acceptance, carrying out acceptance, creation of the address according to the results of personal acceptance of the citizen. The report on prerecording on personal acceptance is developed. The module "Internet and reception" of the Directum system was modified - the choice of the addressee according to the address is added, now the citizen during creation the address itself decides in whose address he wishes to send the appeal.

The Finex Quality is trained by specialists 50 employees of Legislative Assembly who are at the moment involved in work in a system. Placement the Internet of a reception on the official site of Legislative Assembly of Sverdlovsk region is conducted. The project started in July, 2012 and lasted five months.
